Human Resources or Relations?
It’s been said that Human Resources work for the company and not for the individual. Although there may be some truth in this statement, the great human resource professionals find a way to advocate for both the company and the individual. BUT, the good ones consider individual contributions and help the corporation stay true to the corporate mission and individual development.
